2.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of any person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its servers, or any connected system or network;
- use automated means (scraping or crawling beyond what our

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section. Unauthorised access to and interference with computer systems are also criminal offences under the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020.
3.Intellectual property in this website
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying design and code — is owned by or licensed to QuickEasy Software SA (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

4.Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any linked site, and a link does not imply our endorsement. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
5.Your information
Any personal information you submit through this website — for example, through a contact, demo, or enquiry form — is processed in accordance with our POPIA Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights as a data subject. Please do not submit content through this website that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share.
6.Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the website to function and for security. These are always active.
- Preference — remember choices you make, such as dismissing this notice.
- Analytics — help us measure how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most useful), so we can improve it.
Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it through the cookie notice shown when you first visit. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through that notice, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. Because cookie and analytics data can constitute personal information under POPIA, our handling of it is also governed by our POPIA Privacy Policy.
7.Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of this website or its content. Nothing on this website constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickEasy Software SA (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where that Act applies to you.
9.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify QuickEasy Software SA (Pty) Ltd against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of this website after an update means you accept the revised terms. For any material change to how we handle personal information, we will give notice as required by POPIA.
11.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12.General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. These terms, together with our POPIA Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickEasy Software SA (Pty) Ltd regarding your use of this website. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
